Cancelling your subscription
Determining which processor you have
There are 2 different payment processors that we use. Alertpay and Zombaio
- 1. Try to locate your setup email, in includes information on cancelling your subscription and your reference/subscription numbers
- 2. If you can not locate your setup email, login and click on "My Payment Information" in the bottom left navigation.
To cancel your Zombaio subscription
- 1. Visit http://support.zombaio.com/
To cancel your Alertpay subscription
- 1. Visit http://www.alertpay.com
- 2. Login to your AlertPay account.
- 3. Click on "Profile".
- 4. Under "Financial", select "Subscriptions".
- 5. Select "Subscriptions Purchased" if you are a subscriber or “Subscriptions Sold” if you are a seller and find the subscription you wish to cancel. You can search by name, reference number or seller’s email address.
- 6. Select the subscription, click "Cancel", then "Next".
- 7. Review details and click on "Finish".

If you are still unable to cancel your subscription, you may contact us. We may take a few days to respond to you
