The main reasons certifications are denied

• 1. One or both of the pictures do not contain "Truenudists" AND Username
• 2. Username or Gender does not match
• 3. Writing/Size of Text is unreadable or the picture is too small
• 4. Face is not visible
• 5. Image is manipulated/edited/Photoshopped

If both your photos pass the guidelines stated above, then it may have been an accident. Please upload them again. If they are denied a second time, then they don't meet the guidelines and must be re-shot
