Nudity in Germany
Greetings from America! I heard from a friend here that apparently in Germany you can be naked wherever even if it's in public without any problem. Is that true or is that just a rumor? I wanted to know because I've been wanting to move out of the US for a few years now and want to see if that's a factor for considering Germany.
Germany like the USA is a federation. The states
(Lnder) may have different legislation. So it all
depends were you go in Germany. Berlin has had a big nudist park in
the city center for years. Munich has only officialized a few spots
a couple of years ago.Germany is not a nudist heaven. But nudity in
locker rooms / beaches is much more accepted, and is usually even be
mandatory in saunas /hot springs / etc.

You're best going to one of their wellness centres where you can be nude and enjoy great food as well. But I agree with the previous reply that Berlin is the best place for nudist if you wish to go nude in the parks.
