RE: nudist resorts

My textile exoskin goes in the trunk. The key and remote are usually in the goodies bag, or on a lanyard around my neck when I go to the car to fetch something from the trunk. This hat ...

RE: nudist resorts

One supposes that the large resorts have lockers, but generally one's locker is his car. Except for the trunk, mine remains wide open during the day at BVR, and not so much as a piece of paper has gone away. Nudists trust each other and that trust is seldom if ever breached.

RE: nudist resorts

I carry an AANR or Travelites' canvas tote and put essentials in that such as sunscreen, book, paper/pen, business cards. If we're not staying overnight, I have a large canvas bag we put our towels in as well as the essentials. We don't wear that much going to a nudist park. I have some long tshirt dresses. Allen just has shorts, polo, and boxers. We usually keep our sandals on.

I carry my backpack and place my keys an any valuables I might have in it. Have never had a problem with that but just having them with me makes it easier.

When I go to a resort for a day, I leave my clothes on the seat. I put a key, money for food and drinks, and cell in a pouch. It can be purchased in the gift shop, or make your own if you have the talent.

I've sewen pockets in a towel, which carries keys, smokes, glasses, a bit of cash, and has room for a newspaper if I'm so inclined.
Was going to offer them commercially, but nudist interest seems almost zero.

We have a large, sports-type bag we carry our towels and lunches in, so the keys, wallets, chap stick, sunscreen, etc. all go in the bag pockets.

We're fortunate that our car has a button pad that can be used to open the doors. Saves us the worry of ever losing our keys.

3 sets of keys, and we managed to lock them all in the car at Berkshire, late 80's. Fortunately, the fella and his wife who were camped beside us, his name was Lance, was a locksmith and had his tools with him. The Gods were smiling down upon us that morning. BTW, for any longtimers of Berkshire, Lance and Karen had the teepee.

RE: nudist resorts

put clothes in trunk or backseat, keys go in top park of cooler and i usully put a few dollars there to if they have restaurant or snack bar open. i have never seen lockers at a nudist resort but that would be a good idea maybe bring a combination lock, hate keys one time at nude beach i buried them under beach towel at nude beach while i took a stroll down the beach - yup took a while to find where i buried them.

That's one of the few things I miss from my Windstar. I wish other car manufacturers would take Ford's lead on that.

RE: nudist resorts

The 1 resort I have been to did have lockers but I didnt know about them so I didnt bring a lock so I just left everything except keys locked in the truck. Several of the people that live there said it was a very safe place and most people dont even lock their cars or anything. I'm just not that trusting yet personally.
Otherwise I just keep my keys in a carrybag or cooler.

RE: nudist resorts

Yes, a simple answer, being nude does not mean you can not carry stuff, we always have water or other drinks, towels, books, sunscreen, sunglasses, etc. So we would have something to carry these essentials anyway so never even something we have had to think about. you just bring a tote or napsack like you would at any beach.

Fanny Pack???!!! ha ha haLaughing I guess this is where American English can cause us British to laugh .... a "fanny" in British English is a woman's lower front part!

We would call them "bum bags", which is just as silly.

Please when looking for a family pet DON'T SHOP ADOPT" Lets all do out part to put an end to Puppy Mills once and for all !!!

RE: nudist resorts

I use either a fanny pack or small back pack depending on the books I'm carrying. The resort I go to is one of the safest places I know of so I have no worries when I go get something to eat or into the pool. Most nudist resorts cater to an honest group of people so you really don't need to worry although there is the rare exception it's few and far between. Relax and enjoy the day.

RE: nudist resorts

On my first visit to a nude resort I inadvertantly locked my keys in the trunk. Fortunately the car wasn't locked yet and I was able to drop the back seat and crawl into the trunk to retrieve my keys. I generally just toss my clothes in the back seat of the car and am very careful now with those keys. There is a clip on thecarry strap ofmy small 6 pack cooler that I attach the keys to.

Not at all, but even if there are, like most here, I use my car to leave my clothes and then a gym bag to carry towel, sunscreen, etc...
