Nude selfie of a 14 year old.

https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-34136388 Yes he was mad to do this but the Police lost the plot yet again, and went OTT when a good thick ear would have done the trick and pointed out to the rest of the school as well not to do this and what can happen if you carry on doing this sort of thing.

Yes. Utter insanity of the authorities. I think there is a big cultural shift happening. Young people take pictures of EVERYTHING and share them. The old people in authority don't understand this and try to apply old laws targeting magazines and other commercial publications. In 20 years I think (hope) cases like this will be seen as ridiculous examples of how backwards people were back in the day - like covering table legs in the Victorian era is to us.

"Later this month, a North Carolina high school student will appear in a state court and face five child pornography-related charges for engaging in consensual sexting with his girlfriend.
Whats strange is that of the five charges he faces, four of them are for taking and possessing nude photos of himself on his own phonethe final charge is for possessing one nude photo his girlfriend took for him."

In 20 years I think (hope) cases like this will be seen as ridiculous examples of how backwards people were back in the day - like covering table legs in the Victorian era is to us.I seem to remember the 1980s were another time of culture shift. Most members of TN were around in the 1980s, certainly on the fora they were. A lot on the fora were kicking around in the 1950s/60s era. lolBack in the 1980s when I started going public at 15 year old, we had men only days at Turkish baths and health suites where we we VERY textile optional. Most of us just had a towel over the shoulder like in ancient Rome. Single sex/gender, whatever word is being used this month?, changing rooms and open style showers were the norm!!
Now. It feels like the mentally psychotic have taken over asylum. No men only changing rooms but F*! changing villages. Communal/mixed showers where we cannot wash properly. Hardly a men only day around. I used to get around a good few every so often, as an away day out. Think the nearest to me now is Carlisle.YES, we walked about bollock naked as we are are all born naked; inside the place. Most of us were back to being shy and knew how to behave outside. As someone has said here, it is a clash of the older "controllers", and the younger ones with energy and drive helping to make a new world.I would suggest we require less controls and murder the Victorian values, once and for all!! But that is just me.
Someone in another discussion one time on here was wondering if this back peddling over the naked body was something to do with muslims moving into different parts of the world. I'm not sure. I seem to feel it is bloody women! Repressed, uptight and wanting to control everyone else. Perhaps it is women's "liberation" which is killing the relaxed society off?? We do seem to be living in a more controlled, police state then it was.
I weep.
