I'm looking for idears of what people would want to have in it.... so far ... we have accommodation of all types, shopping center, cafes, restaurants, bars, clubs, spas, gym, swimming pools, garages, bank, supermarkets, lake, woodland, schools, a park, street toilets, businesses, offices, There will be 1 basment floor full size of the land 2,600 acre. with most of the business, personal garages, parking for the supermarket, in-door pool, etc. So that it saves land above ground for accommodation, Schools, park, lake, woodland, swimming pool, etc...
