I found a quiet corner of Portugal with quiet countryside, cliff top walks and lovely sandy nudist beaches. It was a great place to hike naked. One time I was walking back from the beach and stopped to take photos. When I was checking that the camera caught them I noticed someone had been following me. He just gave a funny look and went on his way.

I went back there in November and met another guy who likes hiking. When we got beyond another nude beach we thought it was quiet enough to strip off. It was a lovely naked walk along the cliff tops. We both like photography and were taking some pics. Someone walked by as we took this photo.

 They gave us a a funny look, then another, then popped up from behind a rock and took their own photo.

Later, as we returned we got to the track leading to the beach. My friend dressed while I stayed naked. A minibus came up in the other direction. I hid behind a bush and worked my way round as it went by. I could hear girlish laughter, had I left it too late? When I thought the bus had gone I stepped back onto the track. The bus had stopped and they cheared.

On a recent holiday in Spain I went on several naked walks along the shore and in the countryside. The longest was 13 miles. I was naked from 10am to 4pm. I came across quite a few hikers and cylists on the way, stepping asside to let them pass.

I went back agian this April and did two all day naked hikes in the Sierra d' Irta just behind Peniscola in Spain. It was tranquil with pure silence except for distant birdsong. At this time of year the Siera (mountains) are green with vegeteation and the blooms of spring flowers.

The routes are well marked and the path varies from a wide track to a narrow hilly path. There are many features on the way. Take plenty of water and some good walking shoes. The main walk is 26km (16 miles) but there are side paths so you can split the walk up and do a bit each day, as I did.

Yesterday evening I went on a nude hike. Okay, a short one as the temperature isn't that grand at the moment, and it was getting dark already when the rain finally stopped.
I walked along a trail in a small natural reserve called De Vilt near the little town of Beugen (North Brabant). It's not a real nudist area but no one was there so I took advantage of the situation.

Started at the left side (1), walked the trail along small lakes (large ponds?) with geese, swans and ducks (2 to 3), followed along through a forest area (3 - 5) and then along a sandy path lined with trees (5 - 6). There I hit a road, so I traced back. Not a giant hike, only 2.7km and a half hour.
I stopped at times to just feel the world around me, enjoy the freedom and the silence apart from the sound of the birds (incredible the noise they can make!)

It was great to do and I'll go back there. I did try to take a few pictures with my phone, but the light conditions made those more a blur than something else, alas. Better camera next time. I'm also going to look for other places to walk.

places in NL, a densely packed country! But it is possible...

Yup, I believe that anything's possible when you put your mind to it. There's always a spot. It sometimes means juggling the timing a bit, or walking the same smaller trail a few times (forth and back for instance).
Just now I went out for a nude hike in Germany (lucky me, it's only 25 minutes driving for me) and I had the entire forest to myself! The parking lot is at coordinates 51.747935, 5.964994 and from there I walked around for an hour.

Again it was such a relief to be out of the textile. Nothing jerks, squeezes, pulls, rubs or yanks. It's the way to hike.
Spring here is horrible, the temperature was 13c/55F but it was fabulous to hike in. Even the little bit of rain that fell was wonderful.
