Yesterday was a disaster
Never got to Beach three. Arrived about 11 and found probably the last spot to park on that parking strip. But then......
As I was walking down the path to the beaches, at the first hard spot on the path I stepped in the mud and slid down the embankment. Now my partner said it was about 15 feet, I said about 10 But no matter, it was all ROCK.
In addition to cuts, bruises, sprains and strains, I ended up in the ER and have 2 fractured ribs and third that is badly bruised
Looks like my trips to Rock River are over with for the rest of this summer
