The beach is owned by the state, and until recently was run by a concessionaire. In spring, 2001, the state took over running the beach and so far nudity is still allowed. More clothed visitors are appearing and facilities are different than they were before.300-yard-long sandy beach bounded by two hills Very clean Best in September and October, chilly rest of year Lots of wildlife, even an occasional great white shark Entrance fee The number of textile visitors is increasing. Rangers are making some attempt to keep the gawkers away
