Important Details
The trail 5.1-mile out-and-back trail near Woodford, Vermont. Generally considered a moderately challenging route, it takes an average of 1 h 59 min to complete. This is a very popular area for cross-country skiing, fishing, and hiking, so you'll likely encounter other people while exploring. Little Pond is a pretty body of water located in the Glastonbury Wilderness area in Green Mountain National Forest. The trailhead is just off Route 9 and follows the trace of an old road through the forest to the pond. The old road grade makes it a great place for cross country skiing during the winter months.
