Bare Booty 5k Fun Run
This event, like the original Olympics, is a nude run. We ask that participants enter into the spirit of this event to keep the experience special. The dress code is the same for everyone, making each other more comfortable. Shoes, socks, hats, sunscreen, and big big smiles are welcome. Anything required for medical, comfort, or practical reasons is OK. Please see Dress Code section below for more details. DeAnza Springs Resort is clothing optional, so before/after the run feel free to dress/undress, as you feel comfortable. Registration for the fun run/walk includes T-Shirt, custom medals for the first 50 finishers, and day admission to the resort and all amenities. There will be prizes for the top three female, and male, finishers. Please plan to arrive at least one hour before race start time, to park, check-in, and be ready for the run. If you are preregistered, you will save some time here. We value your privacy, so private photography is not allowed in public areas. An authorized club photographer will be available to take your picture during, and after the run, but only for those participants that have given prior written permission (the race number will be color-coded). Participants can receive a souvenir photo of themselves two weeks after the run. DeAnza Springs Resort is a family friendly clothing optional resort, bordering on the Anza-Borrego State Park. Important Details
Course: The running course starts within the resort for 1st mile, followed by a trail run on a scenic desert hiking trail. The course finishes within the park, returning to the same point as the start. Registration Fees: Early Registration: $25 Regular Registration: $30 Final Registration: $35 DRESS CODE: We ask that everyone enter into the spirit of running nude. We strive to include everybody, and understand that some items are required for medical, or comfort reasons. Examples may be sports bra, compression socks etc. Women may wear underwear, if required on the day of the run.
