Naked in the North woods in winter?

Got in the car this morning bundled up in four layers, with temperature 1 degree F. Felt a stronger urge to be naked than ever, more than on if it was a perfect summer day. Funny reaction to the reality, but an opportunity for reverie about some naked times when I have enjoyed the same spots I am passing now. It all worked out tonight, though, nude sauna at the gym, with a bunch of other naked guys enjoying the wet heat too.

I know exactly what you mean. And I needed my cold day in Chicagoland, nude and with a naked buddy in the gym steam room!

I feel for you guys. I used to enjoy early morning at temps blow -0s to rin out side to start the truck for work . In town now retired, I miss the chance to exit the warm house out to the cold temps.

I don't know about 1 degree F, but in the Texas winter (maybe mid-20s F), I find spending a few minutes outside nude every morning is extremely invigorating

I don't know if the Appalacian forests of NJ count as "north woods" but I would routinely go for nude hikes in the snow while growing up. I dont have the sane opportunities to get up there these days, but I do go to the beach in all seasons and participate in the nude polar plunge in January when I can get there on the designated day. Being nude in brisk weather is invigorating!

I don't know if the Appalacian forests of NJ count as "north woods" but I would routinely go for nude hikes in the snow while growing up. I dont have the sane opportunities to get up there these days, but I do go to the beach in all seasons and participate in the nude polar plunge in January when I can get there on the designated day. Being nude in brisk weather is invigorating!

At one time, Sunfish Pond near Delaware Water Gap was an unofficial clothing optional location.

Yes! I know it well. You will still find people in the AppalachianTrail who will skinny dip there (and some locals, too)
