Anyone ever been to Avalonfest at the Avalon resort in the WV panhandle? I saw an ad, it's next weekend. Music and arts festival. It looks cool. Any feedback or reviews would be good. If anyone was going, you could reply for general info to anyone looking at the thread.
If you're around my age and similar in profile (just because it's easier to identify with strangers who have some commonality) I'd be up for checking it out with some people. PM me.

I've been to Avalon, but not for the fest. My gal pal, though, tells me it's a great event.

I was wondering the same. Really bummed that I didn't make it to Beachfest at WhiteTail, and was wondering about Avalonfest.

I went a few years back and had a great time. Music was excelent, people were great to be around. My gripe is getting there...it is in the middle of no where and around a 30-45 mins drive from Winchester and any other near by town.
