New Presidential villa

Has anybody seen the new presidential villa at HBR? It looks quite impressive from the pictures. But price is pretty presidential too. I just look it up for 1 week, it cost $22,900. This is beyond the reach of most except the few very wealthy people.

we toured one at new years. very nice but way too priceyI think the current HBR will become part of Eldorado and they will build a new HBR. These villas are four five times the price is of the swim ups. They dont belong to HBR , they feel isolated from the place.
