Same for me...I am very small...much of the time an inch or less and sometimes withdrawn. Scrotum is small and hangs very little. Going commando is ideal for me.

I always go commando in the summertime when wearing shorts, but I do it only because it feels more free and it's a little cooler and airs things out a little better.
