I would love to get involved in nude yoga. I understand it's wonderful in relieving stress and loosening up soreness.

Currently holding classes in Ocala now Sundays at 2pm. Capacity is limited to 8 participants and attendance is managed by email. If anyone is in the Ocala, Gainesville or The Villages areas and would like to participate, let me know.
