Sunbathing near Brisbane

Hi, can anyone help with suggestions for a sunbathing session near Brisbane. I was thinking north Bribie Island or Alexandra Bay. Are there others?
Is there any particular protocol?
Are there legal clothing optional beaches in Qld?
See you at the beach, StarkAU

Thanks Calley and Ben, I'm off to Byron to let it all hang out. See you on the beach sometime .

Also be careful if going to Byron Bay that you only go nude in the 800 metre designated area at Tyagarah Beach. There have been quite a lot charged with offensive behaviour and $500 charge. This has also been happening at the Tyagarah Tea Tree Lakes which is no longer an option for nudists. Kings Beach might e your best option in Byron Bay.

Everyone interested in a nice place, should get together, work out finances between you & possibly investing in top floor apartments with lots of space and a pool. Just an idea as I like the Gold Coast.
