Have to say I have just had a very good wine. its Q Collection Pinot Noir form Sonoma coast fm Sonoma County California . Just want to pass it on for those interested. Keep the wine flowing

Ok where to start, why not in our back yard, well an hours drive up the road to the Hunter Valley NSW Aust. Firstly my favourite white wine, Hunter Semillion drink it now while its fresh and young with lemon and line notes or let it age for that honey on toast notes and for the red wine you cant go past a good Hunter Shiraz, full of red berries that make this a must in ones collection.

There are so many wine regions in Australia and each region has its own distinct wine that is suited to the regions terroir
