Tired of travel

Hi Guys I live in South Philly and am tired of traveling 2 hours to Sandy Hook or 2 hours to the mountains.
Is there any place in town or near by to strip down and enjoy the sun? Could be a yard, balcony deck Etc.
Any Suggestions?

It would be nice to have something in Delco. However, I don't think this area could handle such a place. There's too many ppl down here that are either going to be complaining or not taking it seriously in an appropriate manner. But yeah I know what you mean, a couple times a year just didn't seem like enough or on the other hand, all that driving is too much gas/money/time.
