RE:want oneYes, it's a question of width, length and texture. Since Im 188 cm I got a longer one and it's also wider. I thought that would be a problem but it's worked out fine and hits my prostate perfectly. Contact customer service. Good luck.

RE:want oneIt all depends on your particular body/anatomy and what feels and works best. Smartest thing is start out smaller then check out a couple of the larger sizes. On a thin person the smaller ones work best.
