It looks like there is already a nude Yoga group. Not much going on in any fitness groups I have noticed.
I am not a yoga instructor I am a certified movement coach and wellness teacher.
Many nudist are older and have some chronic pains and have lost mobility.
People that want to restore natural human movement and feel better lets collaborate
Yoga or just stretching or bodyweight training all feels better when your naked and connected to your body.
It can be fun and a little erotic so if that makes you workout more than we all win.
I will be doing some simple stuff on skype to introduce a habit of health.
