I rode 5k on my mtb tonight at 25* F. So I guess I am good down to that temp anyway.

For me 60 degrees F or above.

I done some hikes out in the snow as long as the sun is out and my boots and gloves are warm. The reflection off the snow feels strangely warm. So if active I can do short hikes in the low 30s F. Just laying around soaking up the sun I need the mid 70s.
