I had a penile implant inserted in December and can inflate partially or fully when I go out freeballing. Always showing some degree of dick outline and prominent Corona. And do I get lots of stares and sexual invitations!

Retired military here and the VA did my implant. I have a friend that had one put in last year and if my memory is correct he said that Medicare took care of the procedure.
