I use Viagra generic 100 MG tablet. I cut it in half. Works with stimulation for 4 hours as advertised. I found 100 MG too much and caused stomach upset. Works better on an empty stomach. So 50 mg is what works for me, everyone is different.

It's a good thing to see a urologist first. The effectiveness will depend on degree of ED size thickness blood pressure abdominal health hydration alcohol intake etc... viagra half dose is usually the trial amount. Then it is too much or not enough, if too much you don't need it. If not enough... why? Is it not fully hard or not hard long enough? If the former there may be other issues but the latter suggests that a modified increased/dose helps or can help.
I use both but in generic form because of cost (generic is MUCH less expensive). I find sildenafil (Viagra) gives me a rock hard erection thats good for 3 to 4 hours but also has some side effects like a mild headache and my vision has a blue tint around bright light. The effects of tadalafil (Cialis) last much longer 24 to sometimes 36 hours with no side effects but my erection is slightly weaker. Hope that helps. Any more questions just message me.
thats my experience too, with cialis I would get hard but not fully, with generic viagra, when you are really horny the erection can be amazing and feels it too, but the side effects are mild and for me worth it.
I have tried both Viagra (100mg) and Cialis with little results. Ive been investigating Gaineswave or accoustic wave therapy. It comes with a lot of fanfare but costs climb into the thousands. I would appreciate any comments from guys who have tried it.
