Dragonfly or Chan resort Pattaya and koh samui beaches

Hi! Would anyone who have been to any of these resorts in Pattaya recommend one more than the other? Which one is nicer? Will be going to koh samui as well. I saw there is a beach called naturism beach near thongson bay. Is it really possible to go nude there. Any further info on naturism in koh samui will be greatly appreciated :)

We have visited Chan's Resort several times. It is a wonderful resort; definitely spend some time there.

We have not visited the NEW resort Dragonfly, but we plan on visiting there on our nest trip to Thailand.
