RE:Nude photography

I wouldn't let myself be photographed naked by unknown people . You don't know if the photo doesn't end up on a porn site or maybe even worse on a funpic website with a "funny comment".

On the other side I missed photos of my wife and me from our holidays in a nudist hotel because there was an absolute ban on photography. Maybe they could set "an open hour" once a week where you can take photos.

RE:Nude photography

A neighbor when I lived in Chicago caught me a few times either going into or coming out of the woods behind our houses. He was legitimately photographing the birds and wildlife and I happened to be in the background. At one point he casually mentioned something to me and rather than being embarrassed I explained it was cool and just keep them to yourself. He did start sharing them with me by e-mail and even wanted to join me on a few walks to get some candid shots. It was awkward at first but turned into a CMNM game sort of thing, with him wanting to try different situations out in public. Was sort of a life lesson experience with setting boundaries so nobody gets in trouble.

I posed for a girlfriend who was an Art teacher but when I got to her flat her friend from university was there too. I eventually undressed and both did sketches/drawings of me.

I once participated in a body painting contest in "Nudes-a-Poppin" at the Ponderosa Sun Club in Roselawn, Indiana. I was painted up as a can of Budweiser beer. We participants paraded past the judges and couple of thousand spectators with cameras. I didn't win the contest but appreciated the can of cold Bud that was handed to me as I walked by. Fifty years later, I don't know what happened to any of the photos but I wish I had a copy of one of them as a remembrance of a really fun experience.

I guess with a name like that the people being painted were nude.
The one body painting event I saw was a fundraiser at my son's college where people could paint a section of a good looking student who was wearing skimpy swimwear.

That sounds like a lot of fun. I have always thought it would be fun to have my body panted to look like a pair of jeans cut offs. We started taking our own pics years ago long before digital cameras. I am sure glad, it is nice to look back on old times. I did have a professional take several nudes outside in the woods years ago, it was fun. It would depend on the person asking if they could take my picture on a nude beach. Most likely yes if they too were nude and would give me a copy and maybe take one with us together. Makes for great memories when one gets older.

at the nude beach i visit most often photographers don't ask they stand up on the boardwalk with long lens cameras and just take pictures after all it's a public beach and not sure if my picture has been taken as i'd suspect they were taking pictures of women but again not sure. i've asked others to take my picture when i was solo with my camera and a few times someone would ask if they could photograph me i was appreciative they asked as it's easy to photograph someone nowdays with these cellphones. one time a guy was photographing his gf in her bikini at end of beach they flagged me down and asked if i'd take a few pictures of them and in the end they wanted a picture of nude me with them first her than him in the picture - no doubt hey see we were at a nude beach moment .

I wouldnt say the people up on the boardwalk with cameras and long lenses were photographers as such. They will be voyeurs/perverts/opportunists etc. Choose a term that works, but serious photographers no.
