I have usually tried to keep myself shaved in the summer months in years past, with trimmed or shaved armpits and pubic hair as well. This is the first summer that I'm trying to embrace all of my body hair, and let it all grow out naturally.
I've read that armpit hair is helpful for trapping sweat and minimizing some of the odor. I'm not sure if pubes do the same thing or not, but I have started to enjoy the feeling of a full bush.
