It says you don't have permission to view it. BN don't have a public forum or I would have posted it there. I did a double check and the link works fine I logged out then tried it again and got the following

I recently visited a National Trust place that as I was there I
felt could have the potential for a BN day out. A secluded
Elizabethan house and grounds with a small garden and mostly
surrounded by hedges. I took the chance to ask the manager if they
would entertain the idea and she said they would but it would need
to be attended by enough people (she said at least 50 and
preferably 3 or 4 times that many) to be viable for them.
