Gay Senior Nudist wondering about adjusting to "Maturing"

I am a gay senior, who often is naked with his friends and who happens to live in Toronto. I would like to get to know other senior nudist and discuss how they are adjusting to getting older. What effects has aging had on body image, activity level, sex life, developing new friendships, keeping healthy, and anything else that might be interesting to discuss.

RE: Gay Senior Nudist wondering about adjusting to "Maturing"

I find myself thinking of it as the next phase of life opening up
to us and I look at it with optimism. Due to a recent illness I am
now in Physical Therapy several times a week. Have gotten to know
others there, folks my age and in similar situations. A whole new
social world has evolved, people who share my interests and are
able to participate in activities that I can also be a part of. I
like the new friendships that are developing, while at the same time there's been a
letting go of the past and an appreciation for the joy it has
brought. As far as contact with fellow nudists, that's more of a
special interest area, as are professional affiliations, artists
group and the like. I can still maintain and enjoy those
friendships as well, while being open to what lies in the years
ahead. The whole concept of body image has changed as has a slowing
down in other areas, including sexuality.
