Heat training with nude running!

Ran 4 k nude this morning. 90 plus and super high humidity at resort near annapolis. Did it just to test! Wow! Last 1/2 knits steep uphill. Pushed hard. Am in aircon now sweating like crazy. Anyone else crazy enough to train in this heat and humidity? Now heading to poop for nude water workout! Much saner!!! Best to all!!
