6 gauge PA

I have a 6 gauge circular barbell and am very comfortable with it . Do others find that most partners prefer to have it removed for intimate activities ?

I've got a 2ga circular barbell and some partners allow me to wear it and some have asked that it be removed. I'm happy to accommodate the lady either way.

I also have a 6ga PA, my wife prefers I remove it for sex. I have left it in a few times and after she also says she hurts on the inside.
