TECHNICAL QUESTION

We are a COUPLE yet a search on our username says we are NA. Nor does a filtered search on COUPLES in our geographic area produce our username at all. I put in a trouble ticket on this over a week ago but got no response. Are we missing something...or are we truly NA and we just don't know it?!
