RE:Why are you a nudist? What do you get out of this?

I am a nudist because, it always felt the right way to be. Many years ago at school or public pools you were sort of in position where you had to wear a bathing costume of some kind, then to put it on or take it off to change your clothes, i always felt a little disturbed towards why are we hiding, yet in the changing room it seems everyone was happier to wander around nude. When I first went to a nude beach I felt that over whelming freedom, which is a feeling most of us find hard to describe to a finer point. I went for a swim no Togs (bathing Costume) it felt good to have the sea water around my nude body, I was enjoying the swim more and when I got out just went laid down on a towel let the sun dry me off naturally, once again another wonderful feeling. I would be completely naked people would come past and say hello as they did so, it seemed to be a lot friendlier of an experience. Then I realized there are not just nude or clothing optional beaches, you could actually go walking in the bush nude and with a camera to get pics of nature, one again another healthy glorious feeling, like as if you had been set free from some kind of cage. I did try getting into a few clubs back then, That was the days when they seem to think all single males were up to no good and so it was such a hassle to join up. These days you go to a place three or four times and they consider you a member. Goodness me how things have changed. I use to go to a Hot pool evening every last Saturday of the month, which was really good for meeting other like minded people, then I tried to get the Mrs to go along just so she could see what was involved and there were no strange goings on. She was quite surprised it wasn't what she expected it also wasn't her cup of tea. So apart from at home, i generally have to wait till i can get a day off and then either go to a nude beach or go in the bush camera and back pack and do a little adventure, i find it very relaxing and peaceful. Lets face it though it is not for everyone although it should be.
