did everyone put up their canoes and kayaks and go into hibernation, bummer i think i did , but if anyone has a great story it may entice me and others to pull them back out.
We put up our canoes for the winter:( I had to find a place and make room in our cellar where it's warm. Our new Mad River canoes are made of Royalex and the manufacturer says storage in temps below 32f is a no no.
Gawd, I miss summer.

i have never have done the polar bear plunge but i agree i would wear a speedo less clothes to freeze and i could wrap my cold brr skin in a warm blanket all those other clothes would just keep me cold longer, you are to brave brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
