Grandview?

What's this I hear about Grandview and people going there to sunbathe? I saw some posts on another site and they were pretty old. Same person that talked about Grandview also mentioned a place in Ocean View and a place in Virginia Beach. I know both of these to be bogus. False Cape you have Rangers protecting the turtles. Dam Neck you have military police. Ocean View, well it's in the middle of Norfolk so that's impossible. But what about Grandview?

I go to Grandview in Hampton, went a couple of weeks ago during the week. There was only one other guy there and he was laying out nude also.
