Master the basics yoga challenge day 1

Master the basics day 1 pose is extended mountain/upward salute (urdhva hastasana) pose. Start in mountain pose Tadasana with your hands by your side with feet hip width apart and your joints stacked. Inhale and reach arms sideways and up overhead. Relax your shoulders and stay for 3-5 breaths. You can let your head drop back and look up to your hands. See the challenge album in the media library for example
