Hey guys,

I've been imprisoned in London for a few weeks now - well work beckons and you have to do your bit in the overcrowded city when you can, lol.

So what's happening back home on the beaches and gardens of Wales? Are you toasting your bits on the beach or are you frazzling your extremities in the privacy of your gardens?

Hope those of you who went to the beach today for the British Naturist skinny dip had a great time. Does anyone know how many people went?

Hi m8 didn't realise it was skinny dip day at the beach on the weekend as was in work ,but off Monday and hope the weather is as good because I'm hoping to go tomorrow .
