Gear check trail run

The 5k at Shangri La is two weeks away. I am hosting a gear check trail run at Sycamore Creek at 8am on Saturday. I found a short, flat trail we can use. This will be a good opportunity to test out the gear and nutrition you plan to use during the 5k on the 12th.

I dont think my knee could take it. Running a 5K. But the old saying goes. If you cant play sports be a athletic supporter .
