Bracebridge trial and Nudity in Canada

Hello,
I came across this and found it interesting, it is a radio show regarding nudity in Canada and touches on the upcoming trial in Bracebridge. The trial has been delayed to mid-May due to weather issues. The overview of Canadian nudity laws was interesting. It's a bit of a long listen.

RE: Bracebridge trial and Nudity in Canada

I met the guy, really nice and genuine. Unfortunately, he'd love to run his resort as a full time nudist venue but there just isn't enough response to make it profitable. I revelled there in being my nude self when clearly others could see us and yet it didn't seem to bother anyone. Brian takes the tack that what is reasonable is how he'll live his life. Good for him. I hope he gets some support from fellow nudists and Canadians and his case goes well. The courts have to understand that there will always be someone to complain bitterly how it's SO offensive and wrong for the children. It doesn't mean they have a leg to stand on but if the laws agree with them, then that's the way the court decides!
