God made them clothing out of animal skins just before He put them out or Eden because they would need the clothing to deal with the degraded environment outside of the garden. He didn't make them clothes to cover their nakedness, He made them clothes for practical reasons.
We today should follow God's example and wear clothes where it is practical for protection from the elements or injury, but be nude where appropriate.

Well said. I agree. However, it's only appropriate where it's too cold or where clothing is required for occupational safety reasons. Otherwise, everyone should be naked and barefoot at all times and in all places. Without exception.
