Shirtless Gym

Anyone know of a gym in Central NJM or Bucks County PA that allows men to work out shirtless?
While working out nude would be even better, I doubt that that exists so I would be happy with getteng part way there.
Crunch fitness was listed a shirtless friendly on a website, but when I inquired, I was told that some kind of shirt had to be worn but string tanks were OK]
