Chat ban

I posted a photo which had been in my profile photo in the main site for probably six months. It shows absolutely nothing in fact it could be a closed photograph which is posed perfectly.
Can anyone explain to me why I was banned. That photograph is far from offensive and is completely non-sexual. I try very hard to always follow the rules but I just dont understand this is the second time Ive been banned for posting a photograph which is on my album which was excepted by staff both were non-sexual in nature please,Can anyone explain this to me
