Men's Active Naked Stretching [MANS] on ZOOM has added another class day!
Mens Active Naked Stretching [MANS] classes are now offered via ZOOM by Littlebare60 on both Sunday mornings at 10:00 am EST [Boston] and Tuesday evenings at 7:00 pm EST. Mens Active Naked Stretching is FUN Stretching. The fee for an 80-90 minute class is $10 paid through PayPal. We do Active Stretching [AS] which is natural and safe. AS is appropriate for men of all levels of fitness from couch potatoes and weekend athletes to elite athletes, and is often the stretching style done by winning Olympic athletes and professional sports teams.
