You could focus instead on what group of people you want to be with, as a matter of fact I know one of the skippers and he's really kind and welcoming of people regardless of how they present themselves, there are quiet cruises too where the participants agree to keep it quiet and toned down.

I speak from my own experience with another brand of cruises competing with SailorDudes, I was on a cruise with the other brand in 2010 and I didn't have a good time mostly because the group was mixed and divided between the quiet time and the party time, the lead skipper was responsible for this and all he did was smile and be "nice" without genuinely meaning it.

With SailorDudes, it is tailored and meant to be a holiday to remember, with friends to last. And if you don't want to be on the party boat, let them know. They really work for you.
