I was at hippie hollow today and it's still free because of being stage 5 of Covid.

Yeah, at stage 5 they're not exchanging physical money (HH is cash only). But we're back down to stage 4, so they've probably started charging again. Weather forecast says it will start to warm up around Feb 20.
