1.They keep me warm in the winter! 2. The help me float better when in water. 3. Its easy to get people's attention.

How much stuff can you fit down there? ;-)

As a kid I was mildly shocked to one see my auntie calmly whip out a tissue from there. I'd never considered such an intimate place could be used as a storage receptacle! I must confess I have occasionally adapted the concept in my own way when I've been without pockets, though. :-)
