Playoff Loss

Well the playoffs ended and they deserved to loose. Why play as bad as they did and commit 14 penalties?Yyou don't deserve to be in the playoffs. Why do they always seem to choke in the crucial games? As much as I love them I'm totally dumbfounded by their lack of ability to close the deal! Can we lay all of this at Jerry Jones' feet or is there a systemic problem with the team that needs to be address?
