Is there a way to flag a photo from a group I don't belong to?

One of my friends has joined the group DressedWhiteFemale-NBM and the picture that comes up in my feed is obviously pornographic and a blatant violation of the rules. I can find no way to flag the picture or the group and I don't want to unfriend my friend or block them. Is there a way to flag the group or its pictures?

The group needs to be flagged not just the foto.

The picture and the group (including several other pics) need to be shut down!!!!

This actually doesn't surprise me - all things considered.
