It seems you have a wonderful piece of land for creating a great nudist retreat. The first obstacle to overcome would be obtaining land use permits. Then (IMO), success would depend on having amenities to make the place less seasonal -- chilly mountain weather is not naked-friendly, Lol. One good thing, having the land and the big idea -- finding volunteers or investors should not be a problem. Derek & Sharon
