NUDIST EVENT IN MY HOTEL NEED ADVICE.
First off, be sure you keep entirely out of the hotel's way. Be sure every guest knows exactly how to get to your door, without approaching the desk. Or be prepared to go meet them and escort them in, if there's a concierge or other gatekeeper.
Ok, first of all you are in UK and what I may say regarding what I would do may not apply to your hotel. From what I recall, most hotel's in UK that I stayed in have a front desk and usually only one entrance, if they are old style. My first advice is to get everyone's cell number so that you can communicate with them directly. Arrive at the hotel before everyone get's there and get your room. If you can select your room, have it as far away from the front desk and elevators. This way they front desk won't hear you all and been away from elevator so other guest won't hear you when they get out of the elevator. If the hotel has side entrances, get the room as close to the side entrance so others can come in that way and not thru the front desk. With a small group as you plan to have, you should not make that much noise but then it depends on the structure of the hotel. The smaller the room the easier that noise can be heard by other rooms. Here is the states I look for hotels that have suites so that it allows more room for individuals to be not so close to each other and keeps your room away from the other guest rooms. Check with the hotel what is the max capacity of the room(s). Check if the hotel has any policy on having non registered guest visit. I have always made the reservation for 4 guest so that the website will find rooms for 4 individuals. Some hotel suites can be up to 6 or 8 guest per suite. It's important you make sure you don't violate any of the hotel's policies regarding how many individuals can be in the room. Some hotels have strict policies while others are not so strict. If you do get the room before others, then you can text or call them with the room number. Also some hotels will have a requirement that to get to upper floors you must have room card to access the elevator and elevator room floor pad. It's best to check out the hotel and make inquiries. When I visit the hotel, I just say to the front desk that I'm having a few friends visit for the night and looking at them staying at that hotel. At least here in the US, the front desk individuals are helpful with information. I tell them I'm paying for the room and what is needed for them to stay there. One thing to remember, at least here in the US, hotel's will only issue room cards to those that are registered at the hotel and some even won't allow those not registered there to be in the hotel. One stated that visitors had to register at the front desk, needless to say I didn't choose that hotel.
"Your" hotel? Do you own this hotel? Hosting a nude party at a hotel where you are a guest is a good way to have the hotel management call the police and have you all arrested and hauled off to jail. There no doubt will be much more going on at this nude party then a bunch of guys harmlessly sitting around and enjoying the day watching tv nude.
How will we be arrested and hauled off to jail.........?
How do you know what will be going on at my party ? who said the party was for men only?
I suggest you read what I actually wrote and stop the fantasies in your head............

I did read what you wrote and you said nothing other then you are 'planning a nudist event'. Why don't you say what this means? Why don't you say what you plan to do at this event? I asked if you own the hotel and no reply. How can you expect anyone to make any meaningful suggestions about a 'successful nudist event' when you say nothing about what occurs at this event?
There are no fantasies in my head. There is however a complete lack of information on your part and this is very suspicious. If you are so concerned about hosting a nudist even at a hotel, then go and ask the manager about hosting this event. Why come here and ask strangers who know nothing about you or what you plan to do at this 'event'.
Hi all. I'm planning to host my first small nudist event in my hotel for 2-5 people including myself max. As I have never hosted a nudist event before I need advice and tips on how to make it successful. Also need do's and don't etc etc
